Discount codes and promotions are one time use per customer and may also be subject to additional stipulations depending upon the code and/or circumstances. Please refer to the email, social media page, etc. where you find your code for more details, or contact us if you have further questions.
The cost and time of shipping may vary depending upon your location, the method of shipping you choose, and the time of year. The most accurate shipping timeline estimate will be provided to you upon check-out and updated tracking information can be found via the tracking number that will be provided to you after purchase. There is no fee for shipping on orders over $80 USD – as a thank you for supporting us.
If your journal is in resalable condition, as stated above, and you’ve decided you would rather have a different version or cover, we’re happy to exchange it. Keep in mind, we’re a super small business right now, so you will have to pay for shipping of both your original order back to us and for the new journal to you. Someday, when we can afford to cover this, we absolutely will.
Orders can only be canceled within four hours of the original time it was placed. Once received, if you’re not happy with your Personal Account, you can return your order to us for a full refund only if it is received in resalable condition, meaning there’s nothing written in it and the exterior isn’t heavily damaged. Only if a journal is returned to us in this condition and shipped to us within 30 days of the date it is delivered to you will we provide a full refund.
